My first guess for keyboard solution is: Use the same style for :focus as for :hover.
This way you should have the same style for keyboard users as for mouse users.
Side note: Keyboard support is not the same across browsers so it is not possible to satisfy every browser here. But with :focus you can target most of the browsers (IE/FF/Opera). In Safari you have to enable the keyboard support.. and if the user hasn&#039;t enabled it, it&#039;s his fault :D</description>
